CANCELLATION POLICY
Trips run rain or shine. Trips canceled 14 days or more before the trip date will receive a full refund. Refund must go to the original card used or a 10% processing fee will be charged. Trips canceled 13 days or less before the trip date will receive no refund, this includes late arrivals and no-shows. Due to our limited availability and pre-trip expenses, there will be no exceptions to this cancellation policy. Our allowed spaces on the river are limited and your reservation requires us to turn other groups away. If you cancel less than two weeks before the trip, we will likely be unable to refill those spaces. If you are concerned about possibly needing to cancel your trip, we encourage you to purchase cancellation insurance. Reservations are transferable.
