Day Trips - Required Deposit of 50%

Overnight Trips - Required Deposit of $100 per person.

Trips cancelled 14 or more days before the trip date will receive a refund, less a 10% service fee.

Trips cancelled 7 to 13 days before the trip date will forfeit their 50% deposit.

Trips cancelled 6 days or less before the trip date will be charged the full price of the trip.
This includes late arrivals and no-shows.

Due to our limited availability and pre-trip expenses, there will be no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
