CANCELLATION POLICY
Trips cancelled 14 or more days before the trip date will receive a refund, less a 10% service fee.
Trips cancelled 7 to 13 days before the trip date will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Trips cancelled 6 days or less before the trip date will be charged the full price of the trip.
This includes late arrivals and no-shows.

Due to our limited availability and pre-trip expenses, there will be no exceptions to our cancellation policy. Our allowed spaces on the river are limited by law and your reservation requires us to turn others away. If you cancel within two weeks of the trip, chances are we will be unable to refill those spaces. If you are concerned about possibly needing to cancel your trip, we encourage you to purchase cancellation insurance.
Transferring the trip to someone else is allowed.

Overnight Trips - Required Deposit of $100 per person.
