CANCELLATION POLICY

TRIPS RUN RAIN OR SHINE.

Due to our limited availability and pre-trip expenses, there will be no exceptions to our cancellation policy. Our allowed spaces on the river are limited by law and your reservation requires us to turn others away. If you cancel less than two weeks before the trip, chances are we will be unable to refill those spaces. If you are concerned about possibly needing to cancel your trip, we encourage you to purchase cancellation insurance. Reservations are transferrable to another person or party. Rescheduling may be possible, but at the sole discretion of North Creek Rafting Company.

Trips cancelled 14 or more days before the trip date will receive a full refund.
Trips cancelled 13 days or less before the trip date will receive no refund.
This includes late arrivals and no-shows.

DEPOSITS REQUIRED

Day Trips - Required Deposit of $40 per person.
Overnight Trips - Required Deposit of $100 per person.
