Hudson River 2011 : Day 1April 2, 2011 (Sat) Jay and his crew have been coming in April for the last few years. They chose the first weekend in 2011 hoping for some big water. The river wasn't at its highest, but it will definitely be a trip to remember. We launched in 2 feet of snow and got some fresh snow toward the end of the trip. Early April trips are not for the timid!!
